Alabama Machine Works is a support manufacturing facility for D & F Equipment Sales, Inc. We currently have 18 full time employees and have 20,800+ square feet of machining and fabrication area. Our CNC machining area currently houses 7 CNC machines, 2 Lathes, and 5 Mills. Both CNC Lathes are equipped with 48 bar feeders and can handle up to 2.90 diameter thru the spindle. Th e milling capacity is 122.00-inch-X-axis by 24.00 inch Y-axis. We are a full service shop, specializing in mid to high run production machining, which is accompanied by a Quality Control program. We also can download customer electronic data directly into our system. Our capabilities include machining design and engineering for the textile, aerospace, medical, steel, food processing, and fabrication industries. Alabama Machine Works specializes in poultry processing components, cams line dividers, wear strips, profi les, gears, and sprockets. All the materials used are FDA approved. We have been servicing the poultry industry in the Southeast for over 16 years.
